The refunds and returns policy isWhether you order online or phone in your order to American Gothique, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide American Gothique Magazine with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the level you have ordered, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. American Gothique Magazine will not bill your credit card or process any transaction under your debit or check card until your order clears the approval process. American Gothique accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. American Gothique Magazine is unable to accept credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address outside of the United States.
Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your access.
American Gothique also requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).Please allow ten buisness days for any and all returns and refunds to process. American Gothique is not held accountable for illegal use of credit cards, and will prosecute any who would do so. we reserve the rights of cardholders and protect the identity of the cardholder. While processing your information is out of our hands, you are paying through our portal. American Gothique also will refund identity theft purchases once proven in the court of law.
